Playing the innawood challenge, glass requires a lot of work to make in large quantities slowing down progress significantly, now that I have a cow, plastic is easier.
Solution you would like.
For a lot of building projects, particularly the skylight, the plastic sheet should work fine as a replacement. Same with the camp building menu, have the recipes use rigid plastic sheets as an alternative.
Describe alternatives you have considered.
Make it easier to produce glass, particularly a way that don't require ammonia, or if that is not possible, a way to produce ammonia more easily than requiring metal scrap as its hard to come by in innawood.
Or use embrasures in place of glass windows.
Additional context
Right now I have two glass sheets that I use for the camp build menu, then when the building finish, I remove them and replace them with the plastic sheets or the embrasures.
