Description

Make it possible to take notes about your bitches heat.

Examples: /heat start 01012023 /heat end 22012023 /heat note Ella is interested in Rex /heat status

When there is no /heat end set after three weeks, the bot should send a reminder. The same again after six weeks.

When there is an "active" heat, the start and note(s) should be included in /last, /weekly and /summary.
