Description

Description: It would be great to extend the repository by adding Telegram channels related to IT vacancies in Poland. Currently, the repository contains channels for several countries, but Poland is missing or incomplete.

Proposed changes:

Create a new section in the README.md (or a dedicated Poland.md file, depending on repo structure)

Add a curated list of Telegram channels for IT job opportunities in Poland

Include only relevant and active channels

Example structure:
