Bountysource

I wanted see customization messages, eg when the command does not exist or when the version player does not match the version of the server.

Investigate how messages are currently generated in the codebase (e.g., in command handlers or network protocol). Identify where hardcoded strings are used and propose a mechanism to load localized messages from configuration files using Java's ResourceBundle or a similar approach. Provide example for a couple of messages.
