Description

We need something like this: https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/4164 https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/9948 So we can monitor the status of PostgreSQL to analyze the performance problem now in the tile server. If use Grafana, we can safely give the account of accessing the PostgreSQL dashboard to the DBA contributor.
