Description

At 4k trying to load full screen at 1080p doesn't re-scale properly.

Rebirth full-screen rescaling from 4k to 1080p:

Rebirth 4k scaled to 1080

Bug doesn't exist in classic fullscreen rescaling from 4k to 1080p:

Classic 4k scaled to 1080
