Description

Implement a responsive navigation bar with the following items: Home, Events, Teams, Achievements and Contact Us. Ensure that the navbar is functional and responsive for both desktop and mobile screens. Dropdown functionality or hover effects may be added for an enhanced user experience. Add the "Register to ASME" button on the right corner of the navbar.
