Description

Implement a new provider::validatefx::if_then validator.

Description:

  • Conditional validator; if condition A is true, B must also be true.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Subtask: Implement if_then validator in internal/validators
  2. Subtask: Add unit tests for if_then validator
  3. Subtask: Add if_then function to internal/functions package
  4. Subtask: Add unit tests for if_then function
  5. Subtask: Register if_then in registry.go
  6. Subtask: Add documentation in examples/functions/if_then/function.tf
  7. Subtask: Update docs table using make docs command
  8. Subtask: Add integration test in integration/main.tf

Research direction
Read the existing validators in internal/validators to understand the pattern. Implement the if then validator logic. Add unit tests. Then add the if then function in internal/functions and register it in registry.go. Finally, add documentation and integration tests.
