Description

Implement a new provider::validatefx::label_value validator.

Description:

  • Validate Kubernetes label values.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Subtask: Implement label_value validator in internal/validators
  2. Subtask: Add unit tests for label_value validator
  3. Subtask: Add label_value function to internal/functions package
  4. Subtask: Add unit tests for label_value function
  5. Subtask: Register label_value in registry.go
  6. Subtask: Add documentation in examples/functions/label_value/function.tf
  7. Subtask: Update docs table using make docs command
  8. Subtask: Add integration test in integration/main.tf

Contributor guide

Research direction
Review the existing validators in internal/validators and internal/functions for patterns. Implement the label value validator following the same structure. Add corresponding unit and integration tests, then register in registry.go and run make docs to update documentation.
