Description

Overview

Currently, on mobile devices, this toggle takes up a lot of horizontal screen space, leading to crowding and some overflow.

On small screens, replace this toggle with a single icon for whichever option (sections/grades) is not currently selected/open. On click, it should take the user to that option (as it does in the current toggle).

Locate the toggle component in the codebase. Replace it with a single icon button that shows the currently unselected option (sections or grades). On click, navigate to that view. Use responsive CSS to show the icon only on small screens.
