Description

What did you expect to happen?

RMP tags should show in course combo cards and when hovering over a professor's name.

What happened?

No tags are showing for any professors. TeacherRatingTags seems to be empty for every professor.

Need to check if our RMP fetching changed or if there are changes to the RMP GraphQL structure. After figuring out the cause, determine if we can still fetch tags and fix the bug if so.
