TECH-692

The "Last Session", on the availability chart, looks at all of a students sessions. Instead, it should only look at the last session on a position in the same category as the session request is on.

So a student who has trained on OBS_CC_PT2 3 months ago, having their first session on EGLL_GND, will show as "Last Session: Never".
