Description

It would be really nice to have an installation method for the AWX operator that doesn't rely on the presence of Git and make.

A Helm chart would be perfect, but even static manifests would be better than the current method IMHO.

Create a Helm chart for the AWX operator by converting the existing deployment manifests into a reusable chart. Alternatively, generate static YAML manifests that can be applied without Git or make.
