Why the new feature should be added

JetBrains offers language packs for its IDE: Chinese (Simplified) Language Pack Japanese Language Pack and Korean Language Pack.

How the new feature should work

When a user has one of the language packs installed, the AsciiDoc plugin should appear in that language.

To provide such a translation, the plugin project would need someone who is familiar with one of the languages above to lead the effort.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Identify UI strings in the plugin that need translation and convert them to use resource bundles following the IntelliJ platform localization guide. Then provide translations for one of the target languages.
