Description

In short, similar to the --log option of pip:

--log <path>                Path to a verbose appending log.

Implement a new CLI flag ` log` that writes verbose logs to a file. Look at existing CLI flag implementations in the codebase, particularly how other flags like ` verbose` are handled. Also check the `UV LOG FILE` environment variable mentioned in issue #8351 for consistency.
