Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. generic modules don't currently have the ssml tags

Describe the solution you'd like the command-line could be given it through an $SSML variable

Describe alternatives you've considered another way could be a configuration option to decide whether to pass SSML or pure text in $DATA
