Description

I'm having trouble closing cases because the allowed root causes and reasons from this page are not know to the MCP Tools: https://[redacted].backstory.chronicle.security/sp-settings/case-close-root-causes

So, I think we need a new SOAR tool to get that data from the SOAR API.
