Story (Outcome/Output) (Required)

When a new user wants to get started with Sigma Rule Deployment, having a pre-configured template repository to create their repository structure from will speed up their adoption significantly.

Context

We created a getting started guide to help users achieve this goal, but being able to directly use a template repository may help avoid potential issues they might encounter when configuring the actions.

Definition of Done (Required)

A public template repository for Sigma Rule Deployment has been created, including a sane preset configuration and the relevant actions.

Testing Plan

Another team member should attempt to use the template repository and validate that it creates a working repository.
