Description

We should demonstrate context propagation across a grpc call boundary.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Look at existing e2e tests in the grpc gateway repository to understand the test structure. Then, focus on how headers from HTTP requests are propagated as gRPC metadata. Implement a test that sends a request with custom headers and verifies that the gRPC service receives them as metadata. Use the gateway's marshaling/unmarshaling utilities to simulate the flow.
