Description

If not direct support we should have clear documentation on how to pass traces across http<>grpc boundaries.

Investigate how OpenCensus tracing is currently handled in grpc gateway and implement support for propagating trace context across HTTP/gRPC boundaries. Alternatively, document the manual steps for users.
