Task description:

Kmesh maintains doc in Chinese and English.

However Kmesh is in the rapid develoment process, so some docs may only be in Chinese or English.

It would be appreciated if you could help translate the doc. 😃 😃 😃

The docs are mainly in the docs and docs/proposal subdirectories, as well as the README file that may be in some subdirectories.
