Description

Once a torrent is fully downloaded, torrent-stream should switch into a seed-mode until destroyed in order to be a better swarm citizen.

Implement a seeding mode: when download completes, switch to upload only until destroyed. Inspect the torrent engine's state machine and add a 'seeding' state. Ensure that seeds can still be stopped via pause/resume.
