Description

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Try to have a particular sorting, not manual sorting
  2. Try to drag and move the table rows
  3. They are unresponsive, nothing happens

Expected behavior

We should add a dialog to remove the sorting, and convert it to a manual sorting if a user drags something and drops it

Research direction
Look at how drag and drop is currently implemented in the table view. Then create a modal dialog that triggers when a user drops a row while sorting is active, asking to disable sorting and switch to manual mode. Use the existing UI components for dialogs.
