Current Behavior

When

  1. a node property is set
  2. the set property is removed from the node type declaration
  3. the node is copied

the CreateNodeAggregateWithNode fails with PropertyCannotBeSet (see ConstraintChecks::requireNodeTypeToDeclareProperty)

Expected Behavior

This makes sense to keep the CR state as consistent as possible, but the NodeDuplicationService should filter the properties to be set first.
