Enhancement

add more cpplings cases, such as:

  • template programming
  • STL usages
  • new feature in C++14/17/20
  • and more reference src/cpplings/README.md

Contributor guide

Research direction
Review the existing cpplings cases in `src/cpplings/` and the README to understand the format. Then create new cases covering template programming, STL usage, and C++14/17/20 features following the same structure.
