Platform: iOS OSS Weather version: 2.11.6

Like in #207 where i requested to have an option to always show precipitation percentage regardless when it rains or not, i would like to see a similar toggle to always show wind gust speed even the value is not high (i think it shows only at 40km/h+ using the km/h unit).

In the app, i do see the option 'Show wind speed in main view hourly chart' under 'Hourly' in the settings, but i don't see any difference.

Is it possible to create this toggle? I would also like it to always show as data on the per day column as well since it also only show up there if the gusts are strong enough.
