Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to add my experience with Ballerina, but the option isn't available.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the Ballerina programming language as a Programming Language skill.

Describe alternatives you've considered So far, I have to manually add it in to my readme file.

Additional context Ballerina is a Java-based programming language intended for creating web services.
