Description

Discord has a specific URL that links to your account directly, just like the other social platforms.

The URL is in the following format: https://discord.com/users/USERID.

The ID of your user can be get by enabling the developer tools under User Settings -> Advanced -> Developer Mode, right clicking on your user, and then selecting "Copy ID".

An example badge (with instructions) can be found here

The only drawback: you need a discord account to view the profile via that url.
