Request description: Add support for AKS clusters within Virtual Clusters solution. Customer is exclusively AKS-based and would

Actual behavior: Currently only RKE2 clusters are supported as the host cluster for k3k.

Expected behavior: AKS clusters being fully supported as a host cluster type within Rancher's Virtual Clusters solution, enabling customers to provision and manage virtual clusters on top of their existing AKS infrastructure without requiring external tools.
