[Bug]: a11y ignoring SVG fill property

Describe the bug

Shows an "Incomplete" case for SVG <text/> element with a valid contrast ratio defined in fill property

Elements must meet minimum color contrast ratio thresholds

But it's ok if I set style.color of the same value, although it does not affect the text render.

To Reproduce

Fails contrast test

<text fill='#000'>Contrast</text>
</svg>

Passes contrast test

<text fill='#000' style={{color: '#000}}>Contrast</text>
</svg>
