Description

The page docs/contributors/debugging/apport-package-hooks.md was migrated from the Ubuntu Wiki (Apport/PackageHooks) as part of #705. A disclaimer on the page notes that it may contain inaccuracies, may not be up-to-date, and may require formatting, language, or other corrections.

This issue tracks the follow-up work needed to review and clean up the migrated content. The list of packages with apport hooks was last updated in 2012 and is likely outdated.
