Have a flag or configuration option for a kinetic scrolling introduced in v109

Who's implementing?

  • I'm willing to implement this feature myself

The problem

After update to v109 my scrolling experience with two fingers deteriorated big time! Pages now scroll fast like crazy.

Possible solutions

  • Have a flag to disable this new feature completely
  • Config option to slow down the kinetic scrolling
