Description

Recently the chrome://flags option to disable the download bubble has been removed (though it's still available through command-line switches), it'd be nice if it was brought back as an ungoogled-chromium option.

The problem

I prefer the download shelf over the download bubble, but it has been discontinued and is currently not available to be toggled within the GUI.
