Summary

We should handle appveyor too.

Motivation

Windows builds are essential for a crosscompilation ecosystem.

Expected Behavior

Same as #1, but for appveyor. Also copy the existing templates.

Drawbacks

There are none afaik.

Rationale and alternatives

Appveyor is part of cross, and we should support it.
